Fashion Assignment (In Class)

For the in-class fashion assignment, I feel like I definitely struggled because some of the outfits that our model brought weren’t exactly what I was feeling. I was a little dissatisfied with these outfits, but we made it work. I think that what we were able to come up with was a doable outfit, however, thinking back I feel like I could have come up with something better in terms of outfits with the clothes he brought. I struggled a bit with the lighting as well, at first it took many tries to get the flash just right. My first few were far too overexposed, but after changing my settings they became full of shadow. After my third major change I made, the lighting became perfect and we were able to actually get to work. I would also say that I struggled coming up with what posed I wanted our model to do for my photos, my group and Pinterest was very helpful with this though and I was able to successfully pose the model for this shoot. I am excited to see what I’ll be able to do when Jasmine and I do the assignment on our own! I think this was a great learning experience for this assignment.
